Somany Provident Fund Institution having come into operation on 31st March, 1947 having remained continuously inforce down the date of execution on these presents shall be deemed to have come into operation on and from the 30th April, 1962 and all the members as on that date and all employees of the Company who there after, become members of the Fund shall be deemed to be the member of the Fund.
